Primary Responsibililties:

  • Manage AMS technology development projects. This includes planning and scheduling activities with the functional groups, internal reporting activities, and conducting Technology Readiness Level (TRL) reviews. Maintain Air Management Systems Technology Roadmap.

  • Coordinate and manage technical activities related to bidding on and winning new AMS programs. Specific activities include leading the team to configure competitive system and component offerings, compiling recurring and non-recurring cost data, coordinating spec compliance activities, and preparing technical volumes and presentations. Manage Proposal activity database and coordinate functional department engagement in proposal responses.

  • Drive Proposal and Advanced Technology Development process improvement through ACE, Standard Work, QCPC, and other methods.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Project Engineering Experience

  • Systems expertise required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Thermodynamics background Knowledge of AMS components and systems Knowledge of Technology Readiness Process desired.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

  • Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
