This Senior Associate, Contracts is for an Established contracts professional. The Senior Associate performs Customer Demand analysis and suggests improvements to functional processes to ensure the organization's effectiveness.
Works with Contract Demand Manager analyzing input from the Customer
Performs customer demand analysis and prepares reports to ensure that firm and forecast is loaded according to the Customer requirements
Supports Program Office and Operations Teams
Supports SI&OP team – Demand Reviews
Manages and is responsible for all aspects of Customer Orders – Loading in SAP, logging, filing and distributing to appropriate function groups
Manages and is responsible for all aspects of customer demand - firm, forecast and zero hour returned units
Responds to Customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Assists Contract Demand Manager with Accounts Receivables Issues
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 3+ years experience or
High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 7+ years experience
Working knowledge of SAP
Demonstrated experience communicating in a cross functional environment professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
Experience using Microsoft Office, demonstrated proficiency with advanced functions in Excel
Demonstrated experience exhibiting attention to detail
Experience working independently as well as in a team
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution
