Otis North America is seeking a creative, results-oriented Marketing Specialist. This individual will be responsible for increasing brand awareness by elevating the Company’s digital presence, as well as leading traditional marketing initiatives.

The candidate will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to ensure successful product and service launches for the Otis sales force and external customers. This includes partnering with product managers to introduce innovative digital and traditional collateral ideas; direct photo and video projects; manage the Otis.com North America website; develop email marketing campaigns; and leverage internal and external communications channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with product managers in developing and executing product launches and promotions

  • Managing and actively developing all digital and traditional marketing collateral, including management of external marketing communications vendors

  • Leading integration of North America’s marketing strategy into national and local tradeshow content, customer events and advertising

  • Developing forward-thinking ideas to help promote the Company’s latest products and services

  • Track and report on campaign successes

  • Managing the department’s marketing budget

Qualification:

  • 2-4 years of digital / traditional marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment

  • Working knowledge of graphic design programs and digital marketing solutions (web platforms and email marketing software)

  • Experience managing video / photo shoots

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and information

  • Experience in supporting/leading successful product marketing campaigns with measurable results

  • Experience with social media, internet and mobile marketing strategies

  • Skilled in web content development and online marketing

  • Solid project management skills backed by precise attention to detail

  • Team player who is able to integrate with a diverse team full of opinions and ideas

  • Highly self-motivated with a desire to expand skills

  • Proven ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing and/or related field of study. Master’s degree a plus.
