Description:

The Associate Director of Global HR Shared Services Project and System Enhancements plays a critical role in supporting the successful transition to a global HR Shared Services structure, its supporting technologies, and ongoing improvement via system enhancements. This role is responsible for managing projects including creation and monitoring of project plans, management of work stream deliverables, coordinating with a multitude of key project stakeholders and resolving or escalating issues as they arise. In addition this role will manage the global system enhancements submission and review process as well as monitor status and completion of global enhancements submitted to the HRT team. Finally, the Associate Director will manage the aggregate reporting of Global HR Shared Services System Enhancement projects. As part of the Global HR Shared Services organization, the professional selected for this position must demonstrate experience in the successful execution of shared services projects and be familiar with multiple HR solutions, including cloud based platforms such as Workday HCM, Salesforce CRM and employee experience enabling technologies.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will focus on the following:

· Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to define business need and requirements on assigned system enhancements projects

· Collaborate with HR Shared Services and HR Technology groups to meet critical HR Systems enhancement requirements and project goals

· Collaborate with HR Share Services project managers to consolidate and manage status of system projects; reporting as required

· Develop and execute processes to assist in the identification, gathering, submission, and monitoring status of all system enhancement requests. In addition identifying and ensuring proper routing of process and/or content change requirements

· Identify & escalate change management issues to leadership and/or the change management team; execute decisions taken by leadership

· Manage communications with all stakeholders

· Manage the dependencies, interfaces and risks between assigned projects to ensure successful execution

· Monitor and recommend remediation for any deliverables that deviate from scope and plan

· Support development of system enhancements project status reports to be shared at regular intervals

Qualification: Project Management Professional certification and Salesforce experience a plus

· Experience driving results and building relationships with partners and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

· Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills

· Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident

· Demonstrated ability to:

o effectively collaborate with partners to ensure thorough documentation of intent and system enhancements requirements globally

o manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

o operate at necessary levels of execution to accomplish necessary outcome

o prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

o be flexible and adaptable in an evolving and transformational environment

o identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change in increase the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports

o take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

o use and adapt implementation methodologies

o follow good change control processes

Travel Requirements:

Domestic and international travel required

Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, including 7+ years of related global experience
