The Senior Customer Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating Customer Quoting & Quote Response for follow-on Contracts

  • Purchase Order/Contract Review and Flowdown

  • Order Entry / Order Management

  • Past Due customer account Accounts Receivable assistance

  • Zero Hour return Management

  • Customer Portal Management

  • Daily interaction with scheduling, manufacturing and sales team to ensure customer on-time delivery.

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with internal and external Associate, Customer Service Rep responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office Software: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook

  • 5 years experience in a customer account management role or equivalent customer-centric role

Preferred Qualification

  • Contract/Purchase Orders/ Proposal Management experience

  • SAP operating environment experience preferred

  • Advance Excel experience (pivot tables, chart/graphs)

Other Qualifications

  • Proven Ability to Multi-Task

  • Problem-Solving skills

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Self-starter / Self-directed Ability to work well under time constraints while meeting customer commitments.
