This FP&A Manager joins an already amazing team and will play a highly visible and key role in providing critical financial and strategic consultation to leaders across the organization. The candidate will support all aspects of financial planning, P&L review, and other complex financial analyses required to profitably and responsibly grow the business. In addition, the individual will lead the FP&A team and provide data-driven solutions to challenging business problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Financial planning: partner with business leaders across the organization in strategic 5 year plans that roll into annual and monthly plans/forecasts for both production and engineering.

  • P&L review: lead the monthly P&L creation & variance explanations + strategically partner with site leadership in order maximize site performance.

  • Track & monitor risks and opportunities.

  • Financial analysis: conduct financial cost/benefit analyses to support growth and other strategic initiatives.

  • Reporting: manage part of the close & forecast process with efficiency and accuracy reporting through the controller to upper management.

  • Create & reporting monthly financials to site leadership. Other: bring to the table drive with a sense of accountability and love for continuous improvements.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a finance, analytical or operational role

  • 2 years of leadership experience

  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Advance level of experience with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree is preferred

  • Ability to demonstrate basic financial acumen (e.g., understands NPV (Net present value), IRR (internal rate of return), ROE (return on equity), etc.)

  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to maintain the highest standard of integrity, accuracy and precision

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts

  • Highly motivated and willing to “roll-up your sleeves”

  • Smart, dedicated, compassionate, hungry, fun, and generally awesome personality

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or other analytical discipline
