Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process review and improvements including process productivity, cell layout, and design, process flow, work skills training, floor visual controls, development of visual aids and instructions, application of new technologies

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, from an accredited institution

  • Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher

  • Must have completed at least 30 credit hours of college coursework

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles

  • Demonstrated leadership and team building skills

  • Ability to interact with a variety of manufacturing, engineering, and planning personnel in a positive and professional manner

  • Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Data collection and analysis

  • Experience with SAP, Agile, Access, and/or CAD

Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, from an accredited institution.
