Establish good relationship with assigned customer account
Performs customer and sales order data entry into SAP system
Maintain shipping matrix per customer requirement
Review operations schedule report (ZPT) & OneAero report and work closely with Operations and Material departments to ensure on time deliveries
Provide price quotations to customers regarding the repair cost after team review
Actively follow up on Customer’s Repair Approvals
Follow up on overdue receivables
Communicate with our customers on all aspects of orders, including delivery commitments, part status and pricing
Liaise with internal stakeholders on customers’ requirements and provide timely resolution to customer related issues
Oversee customer contract and monitor the commercial arrangements with each of the customers they are assigned to
Accountable for consistent positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) of assigned customer accounts
Provide support to the aftermarket sales team in the initiatives for the assigned customer accounts
Make visits to customers as and when required
Manage customer visits to CAS and prepare the presentation for the visit.
Carry out any other duty as assigned
