  • Establish good relationship with assigned customer account

  • Performs customer and sales order data entry into SAP system

  • Maintain shipping matrix per customer requirement

  • Review operations schedule report (ZPT) & OneAero report and work closely with Operations and Material departments to ensure on time deliveries

  • Provide price quotations to customers regarding the repair cost after team review

  • Actively follow up on Customer’s Repair Approvals

  • Follow up on overdue receivables

  • Communicate with our customers on all aspects of orders, including delivery commitments, part status and pricing

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on customers’ requirements and provide timely resolution to customer related issues

  • Oversee customer contract and monitor the commercial arrangements with each of the customers they are assigned to

  • Accountable for consistent positive Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) of assigned customer accounts

  • Provide support to the aftermarket sales team in the initiatives for the assigned customer accounts

  • Make visits to customers as and when required

  • Manage customer visits to CAS and prepare the presentation for the visit.

  • Carry out any other duty as assigned
