  • Meeting customers on a regular basis; To develop, manage and maintain strong relationships.

  • Conduct periodic performance review with strategic customer accounts assigned

  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring of junior team members

  • To work closely within the organization to coordinate repair order deliveries per requirement by providing professional support to drive successful solutions to customers

  • Understand and execute Long Term Agreement (LTA) between customer and organization.

  • Support Proposal Management Group and Customer Support Team on potential LTA, pricing negotiation.

  • Collect and report customers’ feedback to align and improve organization to customers Key Performance Indicators.

  • Build and maintain corporate image

  • Manage RFQs and customers’ orders on a timely basis; Daily TAT and OTD review on customers’ orders.

  • Manage and ensure set margin is achieved for key value stream products

  • Provide support for reports (performance report, status report, claims etc) and presentation material for customer and SBU Review meetings.

  • Administers customer account on a daily basis, including handling of orders administration (Contract Review), follow up quotes, raising purchase orders, receipt through dispatch and invoicing; including authorization and processing of exchange order. Ensures customer order status, purchase orders, quotations and invoices are accurately generated and recorded using SAP

  • Compiles consolidated weekly status reports for customer orders

  • Review processes for improvements based on business directions

  • Support management reporting (Customer Service Matrix, Corporate reports, Penalty reports, etc)

  • Manage Aircraft On Ground (AOG) requirements when needed

  • Identify resolution of technical / commercial enquiries / problems e.g. over or under deliveries, invoice queries, part number verification, etc

  • Ad hoc duties assigned, including subcontract work with overseas (United States, Europe) facilities on repairs, liaison between customers and vendors to ensure requirements are met, ensure accurate and timely billing / invoicing to customers and OEMs.

  • Complies with all US and Singapore Export Control Regulations

  • Participates in ACE events or any ad hoc projects assigned
