This position is for a Senior Associate, Operations and acts as liaison between the Directors’ Office, the various Power & Controls function heads (e.g. engineering, operations, finance, etc.), and the Power & Controls Vice President’s office to obtain required data, coordinate various activities and programs, ensure the timely completion of various assignments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead process improvement activities related to various Operations roles and responsibilities with a focus on annual planning and performance management. Develop performance management topics, tiers, and cadence as necessary to optimize Operations operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate the efforts of the Operations staff to ensure process/schedule adherence (e.g. Passports) and to obtain information and recommendations regarding subjects to be reviewed in business meetings, both within and outside the company.

  • Compile and analyze data, provide information, prepare reports and develop formalized presentations to assist the Power & Controls Engineering Directors in preparation for meetings, tours, and other engagements.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Preferred education

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates for this role should possess 3 years of prior relevant experience.
