The Integration and Strategy Manager oversees the Customer Service On-Site Support and Initial Provisioning group, as well as manages a third party distribution center. The Integration and Strategy Manager works closely with the Customer Service Supply Chain and Commercial Spares leadership team to support monthly reviews and various business requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the On-Site Support (OSS) planning team

  • Supports team to ensure world class Customer Service of On Time Delivery (OTD) metrics above 98%

  • Participates in Customer reviews and ensures collaboration with OSS Program Management group to align on status and key processes

  • Works with the OSS Program Management team to monitor timing of new customer contracts as well as program expansions for current customers

  • Collaborates with various functional areas, including OSS Program Management, Contracts, Finance, Distribution, and Quality to ensure seamless account set-up for all new customers

  • Facilitates customer shut-down activities which includes on-site customer visit, time study/ resource analysis, scrapping or return of spare parts to UTAS distribution centers, financial analysis, and report out to Customer Service (CS) leadership

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive reduction in key process times

  • Oversee the completion of E&O reviews

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Leads ACE activity across the cell to drive annual improvement targets

  • Facilitates and leads all ACE assessments with the central ACE office

  • Organizes and supports annual Policy Deployment Reviews

  • Documents actions and collaborates with team to ensure completion of annual initiatives road map

  • Responsible to ensure improvement of Employee Survey results

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Ability to act strategically and tactically to support successful project completion

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs/software

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize both daily issues and strategize longer term projects

  • Domestic and international travel up to 10%
