Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conducts contact, licensing, and warranty administration and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

  • Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepares bids, processes specifications, progress and other reports. Advises management of contractual rights and obligations.

  • Compiles and analyzes data.

  • Maintains historical information performance of activities relating to proposals for new contracts, negotiating contracts, administration of existing contracts, and development and maintenance of administration systems.

  • Negotiation of claims and settlements for labor and material costs.

  • May include audit, control, or liason functions with both suppliers and customers.

  • Understand and manage terms and conditions of contracts.

  • Primary point of contact for contracts and commercial activities.

  • Manage, prepare and negotiate program change assertions UN.

  • Track and provide contract information; Manage contract flow down.

  • Adherence deviation values and costs.

  • Negotiate terms/wording of contracts.

  • Maintain contract records.

  • Proposal management – Managing requests for proposal process, create instructions.

  • Formal and informal customer correspondence and communication.

  • Order fulfillment and demand management.

  • Pricing and administration of material returns.

  • Identify contracts non-compliance.

  • Order review and acknowledgement.

  • Lead troubleshoot sales order deviations.

  • Manage hardware forecast in accordance with VPS/Management direction.

Qualification:

  • Contract termination & contract closeout. ACE Participation.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office

  • SAP, SharePoint, Change Boards, QCPC experience a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 plus years experience

  • Master's degree with 2 plus years experience

  • PhD degree with 0 plus years experience
