Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Doc Control Specialist for the creation of Lenel SKUs, maintenance of SKUs database and processing customers Doc Control requests.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create new SKUs and add to Lenel SKU database in Oracle

  • Create “special” part numbers in Excel and iSales for sales quotes

  • Maintain/update SKU database

  • Monitor / process Product Management ticket requests - comprehend, process and distribute requests accordingly.

  • Interface closely with Product Managers, Inside Sales team, Order Services and Lenel vendors.

  • Lead ACE improvement projects for the Operations department - gather data, analyze key business processes, create process improvements and solutions, implement, manage and communicate results, creation of relevant business metrics.

  • Other assignments as needed

Qualification:

The job holder will have experience in and be able to demonstrate expertise with:

  • Oracle

  • SharePoint

  • iSales

  • Support Central

  • Microsoft Office suite

  • Customer Service

  • Liaise and interface with internal company departments Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance, IT etc.

  • Ability to effectively liaise with vendors

  • Proven and demonstrable ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Self-motivated, able to work in fast paced, changing priority situations

  • Respond effectively to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Manage challenges associated with work flexibility

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years+ of work experience, Customer Service and Vendor relations
