JOB SUMMARY

•Leading teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actions. •Perform product, process and work instruction reviews. •Review and approve FAI’s, LEA’s, Service Masters •Approver of IAE Portal access, and Tech publications access •Interface with various Engineering groups and Customer Support to resolve technical/quality issues in response to “As Received issues” from vendors, or coordination with support groups •Lead and participate in various teams in support of the unit’s ACE goals. •Provide technical guidance and training to inspectors •Interface with off-shift production supervision to help prevent quality work stops •Familiarity with QN creation/documentation through SAP •Quality Stamp control •Variation control and closure

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Qualification: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years’ with quality or aerospace experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated effective root cause determination skills, Red-X, Fault Tree, etc.

Ability to obtain, organize and analyze quality data.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, familiarity with geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong computer skills

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Education: Bachelor of Science
