As Facility Security Officer and Information System Security Officer you will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of the industrial security program at the North Berwick site. This will require knowledge and experience with both the NISPOM, DAAPM, and other security regulations. The FSO/ISSO will be responsible for security education, personnel clearances, reporting requirements, self-inspections, information management, and maintenance (auditing, etc.) of approved cybersecurity systems. The FSO/ISSO will also be responsible for managing in accordance with the NISPOM the insider threat program. The FSO/ISSO will liaise with local government representatives to foster sound security policy and procedures. The FSO/ISSO will work with other FSOs at P&W to collaborate and create policy and procedure for the programs. The FSO/ISSO will report to the Government Security Compliance Associate Director in East Hartford. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, professional, technically knowledgeable, and a self-starter. Education/Certifications: Undergraduate degree preferred, however career relevant professional certifications may be a determining factor. Qualifications: Previous FSO and ISSO experience. Experience with JPAS, NISS, OBMS/eMASS, and other DSS related databases. Experience with industrial security and successful execution of NISPOM requirements. Applicant must have a current government issued personnel security clearance and must be able to maintain clearance. % Travel Required 10% Relo Yes
