The Eastern Region of Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Testing & Violations Sales Associate to drive productivity and promote innovative solutions.
Assisting the Violations Manager in all aspects of the testing and violations process
Managing the sales process associated with testing and violations including
Drafting letters to customers
Open order proposals
Responsible for the tracking and coordination of all violations to ensure timely clearing of violations and reduced fines
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior sales experience preferred or knowledge of NYC DOB process
Candidates must possess proficient presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with diverse backgrounds of all levels and disciplines.
Candidates must be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must.
High school degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
