We are searching for a Return Center Process Coordinator to join our team in Portland, TN!
As a Return Center Process Coordinator, this person will work with the on-site 3PL as a liaison to the customers and suppliers ensuring returns are executed in alignment with our processes and needs. The person will assist customers with estimates and charge approvals and verify accuracy of charges and reasons. The person will maintain a summary of activities/status (including key metrics) of the Return Center to support business requirements and maintain records as well as the department’s digital records, including utilization of the ERP system to input orders. This person will also be responsible for resolving outstanding credits with external suppliers and ensure the AP team applies them appropriately. The Return Center Process Coordinator will also be responsible for receiving and transacting Custom Cards for the Purchasing Team.
● Create RMA orders in Oracle
● Create purchase orders
● Engage with the customer service team for problem resolution
● Manage the completion of RMA orders
● Follow up with suppliers on pending RMA orders
● Manage the receiving process for custom security access cards
● Give estimates to customers ● Answers customers questions related to their returns
● Do daily callbacks via telephone or Email
● Basic Inventory Control
● Assist Customer Service
● Preferred: customer service experience, Oracle
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Strong customer focus
● Basic computer skills
● Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with co-workers, customers, external partners, and other team members
