Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive key supply chain performance requirements for NURS suppliers including Quality and On-Time-Delivery (OTD).

  • Identify trends, problem solve, coordinate recovery plans and monitor corrective action.

  • Respond to all internal requests from Customer Account Managers in a timely and effective manner.

  • Closely manage supplier expedited delivery and repair status.

  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact commitments.

  • Generate and manage supplier purchase orders in SAP in accordance with contractual obligations.

  • Track and measure supplier performance results and report on progress.

  • AOG support and availability during off business hours as required.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business from an accredited institution

  • Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Aftermarket Supply Chain Management

  • Aerospace MRO preferred

  • APICS Certification a plus

  • Candidate must have excellent skills in the following competencies

  • Proven project, problem solving and time management skills

  • Writing, Verbal and presentation skills

  • Interpersonal, teaming and adaptability

  • Customer focus and influence ability, supply chain management and execution including financial compliance

  • Excellent teamwork, influencing and communication with ability to drive change and conduct workshops at suppliers

Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business from an accredited institution
