Job Description: This employee will serve as the management assistant to the OKC Director and the Sooner Road facility. The employee will also serve as assistant to the broader OKC site, as well as small accounts and IT. As the management assistant, the employee will maintain the director’s schedule, develop travel arrangements & corresponding expense reports and keep track/inform local management of external and internal visitors to any of the greater Oklahoma City Pratt & Whitney sites. The employee will also prepare for and technically “run” periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly or as needed) meetings for the director. Additionally, the employee will maintain and align the site’s organizational chart, base passes, and official photos. The employee will also provide electronic management and scheduling of the site’s various conference room spaces and secure additional space as required to meet company demands. As the facility, small accounts and IT assistant, the employee will oversee visitor entrance to the Pratt & Whitney Sooner Rd facility and serve as the focal point for office property, keys, contracts, supplies, utilities, housekeeping & general facility upkeep. The employee will maintain the director’s share point site, serve as the focal point for mail, maintain a site-wide contact roster and sustain a positive relationship with the Tinker Business Industrial Park (TBIP) staff.

Education/Certifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • US Citizen due to government contracts

  • 2 + years' experience as a manager, manager assistant, executive assistant, admin, or coordinator capacity

  • 2 + years' experience with Microsoft Office

  • 1+ year experience in Facility management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong customer relations skills, diplomatic, leadership skills, and strong organizational skills
