Major job responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining all F117 engine, module and component records in accordance with Air Force and federal regulatory requirements.

  • Assist internal and/or external maintenance departments with audits of component data tracking and internal and/or external customers with records inquiries.

  • Convert all printed engine maintenance documents into digital format for archives and historical records requests.

  • Perform a final audit review of hard copy records for proper disposition and storage.

  • Comply with the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 2+ years of engine experience, preferably jet engine experience

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative troubleshooting skills

  • Able to craft clear communications

  • Computer skills- Proficient in Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Project

  • Possess Excellent Judgement and professional maturity

  • Analytical Skills

  • Participate in Process Improvement efforts

  • Strong desire to succeed and pursue personal growth and developmental opportunities

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels throughout the organization

  • Ability to program and perform calculations using database software/spreadsheets

  • Strong typing skills

  • Knowledge of aircraft engine components and systems strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with engine technical orders
