Delivery Assurance Analyst (P3)

This position is for a Delivery Assurance Specialist supporting Oklahoma City Operations warehouse distribution center. The successful candidate will be expected to be on the warehouse shop floor providing support and to coordinate closely with the Program and Third Party Logistics Provider to achieve high delivery and quality performance.

  • Provide delivery assurance oversight of TPLP including WIP status review, logistical support, and priority guidance.

  • Create requirements for warehousing, create reports reflecting performance

  • Tracks and manages trouble racks

  • Engage TPLP on lean practices to support material flow and yield improvements and delivery performance.

  • Perform assessments of the TPLP capability to perform and sustain performance.

  • Establish leading indicators of performance and track daily and weekly.

  • Intervene to expedite deliveries and/or resolve quality issues as required.

  • Act as primary liaison between TPLP and Program on delivery requirements.

  • Tracks and manages work in process (WIP), promise dating, expedite orders.

  • Drive part shortage resolution. Monitors tracking and shipping.

  • Monitor delivery and performance

  • Tracks and manages customs clearances. Performs escalated expediting when required.

  • Leads and participates in teams, committees, events, and training that improve the materials organization and support achieving cell and Site ACE objectives.

Education:

BA/BS

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience using an ERP system

  • 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years in a supply chain related role

  • Experience with MS Office

  • US Citizenship required due to federal contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a warehouse environment

  • Master's Degree

  • SAP knowledge and experience are preferred but not required. In addition, Aviation and High volume warehouse experience desired.
