Create and maintain AOI inspection programs for circuit cards
Support operators and troubleshoot machines during regular operation
Read engineering drawings and work instructions for circuit cards to develop accurate inspection programs
Adhere to policies and procedures in the manufacturing process
Flexibility to support production schedule including overtime hours and alternate shift hours.
May be required to perform additional duties/responsibilities.
Quality - perform within the limits of quality defect policy
Performance - performs within limits of productivity expectations
Attendance - Regular and reliable attendance is required, performing within the limits of attendance policies
Communication/Teaming - understands teaming and is working on communication skillsBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; identified skills and experience; must successfully pass assembly training school
