Visual inspection (incoming, in-process, final)

• Interpretation of specs/prints

• Review of PO requirements

• Assigning proper work scope (travelers)

• Shipping paperwork

• Moderate lifting

• Ensure World Class safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly

• Embrace ACE, and contribute to achieving/maintaining goals as a team

• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Management Team

* Experience / Qualifications

  • Previous experience with machine metal and hand tools is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical data is required.

  • Previous experience in a production manufacturing environment with a proven capability to perform complex tasks is highly desired.

  • Previous experience as an aerospace mechanic or A&P mechanic preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret FAA technical data is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing preferred.

  • Knowledge and care of precision tools preferred.

  • Must have acute attention to detail.

  • Must be a self-starter and possess integrity and professionalism at all times.

  • Must demonstrate excellence working in a team environment and have proven ability and willingness to learn new tasks as required.

  • Must be able to diligently follow instructions and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must possess basic computer skills.

  • Ability to pass a vision test.

  • Strong work ethic

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Quick learner, self-starter • Reliable, punctual, and flexible

  • •Ability to lift 40 lbs

  • •Ability to work overtime when necessary

  • Currently trained as an Inspector helpful, but not necessary

  • Training will include three (3) weeks of working with 1 st shift inspectors and Quality Engineers during the hours of 6am – 2:30pm (M-F).

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is required

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications :

  • A and P Certification preferred

  • Bachelor Degree preferred​

  • 2 years or less of inspection/quality experience
