Job Responsibilities for this Team leader -W orking Lead include but are not limited to:
• Knowledge of manufacturing shop practices; quality processes and procedures;
shop floor planning; process engineering; employee relations; robotics and/or coating experience and equipment troubleshooting.
• Planning and prioritizing multiple tasks and/or work assignments.
• Motivate, lead, organize and develop a team in support of company objectives.
• Assist in preparing and implementing plans that optimize the use of available resources.
• Perform continuous improvement activities work with supervisors to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are appropriately updated to reflect process improvement.
• Coordinate the daily work flow of the department and supervise a group of 8 or more people in the absence of the Supervisor
• Must be flexible with schedule (OT & Weekend Support)
This is a 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm
- High School diploma or GED
High school diploma or GED required
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Q ualifications:
Robotics and/or Coating experience
Proficiency or training in the following skills: written and verbal communication; analytical and planning skills; computer literacy; team leadership and group facilitation skills.• Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Lean
Associates Degree in Manufacturing desired or enrolled in engineering degree program
5+ years’ work experience in an automated manufacturing environment preferred
