We are seeking a high energy, talented Marketing Manager for the North American Field Operations to drive initiatives and promote a high performance culture. In this role, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling our North American markets the story of our solutions and services, acting as chief advocate for our division. You will be charged with crafting the strategy, messaging and positioning around our building controls systems and services, and coordinating the marketing communications activities for the offerings.

Responsibilities: 1) In collaboration with our product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about the benefits of our building controls products and services.

2) Work with stakeholders to help create purposeful marketing content.

3) Lead content marketing and demand generation activities across various traditional and digital media channels to articulate the benefits of our products and services.

4) Conceive and implement innovative marketing programs that drive demand.

5) Track, measure and optimize the customer journey as it relates to product features and adoption of our services.

6) Develop market intelligence on competitors and customers to ensure we are best positioned to compete and win. Develop and document pricing and positioning strategies.| The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor---s degree in a business, marketing or engineering field. Candidates who have an MBA or are actively pursuing an MBA are preferred.| 7 years of experience selling and/or marketing building management solutions with hands-on experience driving marketing campaigns and go-to market planning and execution.

Experience in successfully supporting sales teams with business insight, appropriate tools, materials and training.

Extensive background in digital marketing, product marketing and/or product management.

Experience developing and measuring key business indicators and ROI.

Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
