From ensuring we hit key recruiting milestones to managing stakeholder communications this role will help manage our hiring and technology/process implementation timelines globally.

The Talent Acquisition Projects Manager will be based in Farmington, CT and will report to the Sr. Dir, Global Talent Acquisition.

Role Overview

You’ll manage organizational planning (in parallel with HR business partners), as well as communications and reporting for spin related recruiting activities with key stakeholders including the Talent Acquisition function, HR BPs, the project management office, hiring managers, and on-boarding specialists. As spin related hiring winds down the focus will shift to other TA projects or another role within the Talent/HR organization.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Maintain master position list and ensure status is accurate and up to date in relation to spin hiring

  • Own the spin hiring reporting process; establish, modify, and provide scorecards as needed

  • Identify and address gaps in the hiring plan

  • Liaise between Otis world headquarters and international resources supporting hiring outside of the US to ensure timely and effective execution

  • Provide the demand signal for on-boarding planning

  • Take the lead on TA project planning including resource planning, budgeting, timelines, communications and stakeholder management

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and employee experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Highly organized, disciplined, and detail oriented

  • Comfortable engaging and partnering with Otis’ senior leadership

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining velocity

  • Positive, proactive, and action oriented

  • Manage and present data in a concise and compelling way

  • Ability to build trusting relationships with partners and customers quickly through an inclusive working approach

  • Ability to anticipate and remove barriers

  • Proven project management capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition

  • Corporate HR Headquarters experience

  • Previous international exposure

  • Exceptional project management skills

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of experience in HR/project management OR Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in HR/project management.
