As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a proven D365 Systems Architect to deliver in-depth Dynamics CRM technical expertise to various business units at UTC and demonstrate high aptitude with the following items:

  • Quickly learn, internalize and develop a strong understanding of key priorities and business, process and system requirements and develop comprehensive solutions around the sales, service, call center product lines

  • Take ownership of the technology track of Dynamics 365 Digital Intitiatives.

  • Create knowledge capital that can be leveraged to accelerate project delivery and improve quality

  • Design and author code, own code review

  • Deliver with the highest level of excellence, ensuring compliance and controllership always

Qualification:

Business Competencies:

  • Communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical customers both orally and in writing

  • Multitasking, being flexible & paying close attention to detail

  • Working in a highly collaborative team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex CRM issues with creative solutions

  • Mentoring and guiding junior employees on best practices/approaches

  • Learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly

  • Promoting the mission and Shared Values our company

Technical Competencies:

  • 5+ years of technical architect experience working with recent versions of Dynamics CRM Online and related technologies including but not limited to C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe

  • 5+ years of experience including expertise in Dynamics CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation

  • Experience with configurations of CRM including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows

  • Lead solution design sessions

  • Performed functional review of data and business processes

  • Experience mapping requirements from out of the box CRM functionality to identifying specific needs for customizations

  • Ability to lead and provide best practices and standards guidance to development team(s) relating to integration, data conversion, and project methodology

  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s).
