Responsibilities:

UTC has announced its intention to separate into three independent focused companies: Carrier (formerly known as Climate, Controls & Security), Otis, and United Technologies, which will be comprised of Collins Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney. As independent companies, Carrier, Otis, and United Technologies will have greater focus to drive innovation and business results. The United Technologies Digital organization is responsible for supporting the successful and seamless spin-off of Carrier and Otis by delivering separation and stand-up of IT applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, contracts, and operations.

The Digital Separation Program Manager ensures program delivery oversight to ensure timeliness, coordination, and quality. The Digital Separation Program Manager will work closely with key Digital workstream leadership and will be responsible for planning, governance, and overseeing the successful delivery of the separation program for key work streams.

Responsibilities and Key Deliverables

  • Daily program management through the program life cycle

  • Defining the program governance (e.g. controls)

  • Planning overall program and monitoring the progress

  • Managing the program’s budget

  • Managing risks and issues, take corrective measures

  • Coordination of projects and interdependencies

  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects

  • Managing stakeholder communication

  • Change management

  • Managing main program documentation

Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of digital program management experience

  • PMM certification or Agile certification

  • Knowledge of project and program management methodology

  • Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals

  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation

  • Ability to find innovate solutions to resolve problems

  • Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills with executive management exposure

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Technology preferred, MBA is a plus.

Required Status:

US Citizen or US Person required.

Work could involve ITAR-regulated projects.
