Description:

The F135 Sustainment Fleet Management team is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the F135 Fleet Management (04-06) CAM. This role is a challenging and rewarding career development or broadening opportunity for the right individual looking for a career in Program Management, Finance or Program Finance. This position requires close coordination with key Integrated Product Management Team (IPMT) members including the Program Management Office (PMO), Sustainment Leadership, Program Finance Services, and the customer in order successfully execute the contract requirements and maintain communication across the program.

The F135 Fleet Management Control Account Manager (CAM) will provide full-time Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) management of associated labor accounts associated with Fleet Management and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS). Responsibilities will span the F135 Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) programs and grow into Full Rate Production programs. The individual will ensure full compliance with EVMS and IMS monitoring, status, and reporting requirements. These duties are performed within a fully integrated team environment, and will include daily interactions with the F135 Fleet Management Team, F135 Business Analysts and F135 EVMS Analysts.

Fleet management CAM responsibilities include:

  • Execute control account management in accordance with Pratt & Whitney EVMS monthly rhythm, including but not limited to; calculating estimates to complete (ETCs), creating Budget Change Requests (BCRs), identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting cost and schedule variances

  • Support program reviews including but not limited to; EAC reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and IMS reviews

  • Budget Change Request (BCR) processing

  • IMS analysis (horizontal & vertical) and IMS status

  • Estimate At Completion (EAC) analysis, and Cost and Schedule Variance Analysis

  • Actively participate in the F135 Sustainment Requirements Working Group to develop and refine contract requirements

  • Collaborate with F135 Fleet Management team to develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for long-term Sustainment contract efforts

  • Plan and manage Fleet Management control account budgets in coordination with Fleet Management team and supporting teams

  • Complete Fleet Management manpower estimate for Life Cycle Cost submittal and identify cost reduction opportunities.

  • Lead and present out special projects focused on improving flow of fleet management information to enable efficiencies with the team.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in logistics support or related field.

US Citizen

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Logistics or Management Disciplines

Preferred Qualifications:

Program/Project Management

Exposure to Earned Value Management.

Must be able to obtain/maintain security clearance if needed for job.

Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, logistics or management disciplines (or related field) is required.
