We are searching for a Data Management Analyst to be a part of the F135 Sustainment Organization. As part of the F135 Sustainment Organization executing Performance Based Logistics Contracts, The Fleet Data Management Team is responsible for ensuring F-35 fleet supportability of the propulsion system with around the clock support and Integration with all disciplines of the F135 value stream:

As part of the F135 Sustainment organization executing Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts, the Fleet Data Management Team is responsible for ensuring F-35 fleet supportability of the propulsion system with around the clock support and integration with all disciplines of the F135 value stream.

The job of the F135 Propulsion Lifting Manager will include the following responsibilities:

Support the F135 sustainment program through daily management of the maintenance and tracking program of record; Maintenix

Support all F135 operational and depot sites with timely and accurate event data management within the Maintenix system

Coordinate with other Propulsion Life Managers (PLMs) located on-site to identify and resolve discrepancies between Maintenix and ALIS, this can include:

  • Opening and Responding to MERLINs and ARs (ticketing systems for tracking issues) o Coordinating with on-site PLMs, BEMs, and the Services

  • Creating metrics on weekly/monthly/yearly cadence and briefing internal and external customers

  • Monitoring trends in data to identify emerging data issues

  • Track, escalate, and drive closure on discrepancies and data issues across the fleet

  • Gather requirements and suggestions for tool and process improvements

  • Lead weekly meetings with PLMs to identify emerging issues and cross train

  • Create and update training materials as process and tool evolve

  • Train new PLMs in the use of the tool and process

Must have the ability to support 2nd shift

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Engineering, Computer Science, or Communication related degrees preferred

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Engine or Data Management

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Maintenex or similar fleet logistics software

  • US Citizen due to Government contract

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Engine or Data Management

  • Familiarity with Jet Engines and Maintenance concepts

  • Ability to create useful metrics from large datasets

  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities

  • Experience with military customers preferred

  • Excellent presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree; Engineering, Computer Science, or Communication related degrees preferred
