This DT position is responsible for handling a variety of overall computing infrastructure and enterprise architecture tasks in support of key technology initiatives. The duties are focused on architecting the enterprise service bus, delivering secured system interfaces to insure seamless communication across both internal P&W business critical systems and external partners, and building / deploying a modern authentication / authorization framework to maximize user experience while maintaining robust security. The candidate will be responsible for defining and enforcing enterprise standards for middleware technologies, interface deployment and representing the IT infrastructure requirements to ensure the overall IT support processes are in place to accommodate these needs. Responsibilities include strategic capacity planning, system performance analysis, participation in process improvement initiatives for contracted / outsourced support, and leading root cause analysis (RCA) on related high priority opportunities.

Qualification: Basic Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in several of the following IT services and technologies:

Middleware integration strategy and platforms (MQ, IIB, Datapower, TIBCO) Application development .NET, Java, JSON, REST, Ruby, Python System security (authentication / authorization) techniques and policies Enterprise application development architecture and strategies Business to Business (B2B) technologies, EDI, virtualization technologies and cloud computing. Application platform strategies and infrastructure components (Websphere, Tomcat, etc) Oracle, SAP and other application database or data access strategies Interfacing with cloud automation or orchestration technologies Firewalls and DMZ designs and best practices Active Directory and LDAP directory services Mobile application technologies ITAR and Export regulations as they apply to IT asset access control

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidate must also have demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated previous focus on process development and implementation that span organizational boundaries is important. Strong interpersonal skills are required including good written and oral communication capability. Ability to effectively influence and direct the actions of those not within the direct reporting chain is essential.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field
