Job Description and Responsibilities:

Our E. Hartford facility is looking for a producibility manager to be responsible for production activities for the 24K and 30K LPC CIPT.

Responsibilities include:

  • You will provide leadership to the CIPT Triage teams to successfully complete triage gate approvals, and graduate from the triage process.

  • You will ensure the teams are identifying and reducing QNLI (quality notification line items) for high pain parts in the CIPT, and meet delivery targets from the suppliers.

  • You will prepare Triage team monthly report outs to senior level management.

  • You will work closely with the Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing organizations to support the production requirements for both 24K and 30K engines.

Travel:

The position may require travel - (10%) - some international.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering Required

  • Advanced Degree In Engineering from an accredited University Education preferred

  • 7+ years of Engineering experience (or a minimum of 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree), plus 2+ years of Project Leadership

  • US citizenship is required due to government program requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree In Engineering from an accredited University Education preferred

  • You are a self-starter, able to execute among obstacles with a positive can-do attitude, and be comfortable working with the CIPT organization.

  • You must have good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve complex problems to ensure deliverables are met on time/within production needs.
