A team member at this level is expected to perform Training Coordinator daily operations as directed by the supervisor, lend expertise to resolving process problems. This position requires a technical aptitude and an ability to follow work instructions.

Duties:

  • You will schedule classes and Input all training data/credits into SAP (data entry)

  • Generate training reports in Business Objects

  • You will communicate with supervisors and employees on training requirements

  • Trouble shoot training issues and discrepancies

  • You will be a point of contact for department walk-ins, phone calls and issues

  • You will check Schedules and Ensure Classroom Cleanliness/Organization

  • You will be a backup for Columbus Engine Center (CEC) Trainer Specialist

  • Create, maintain and ensure accuracy of employee training records/files

  • SAP data and On the job training (OJT) entry

  • You will be CEC Maintenance and Inspector Test Liaison/Assistant

  • Keep current on Pratt &Whitney internal training design and methodology

  • You will support the development of training aids such as manuals and handbooks

  • You will inform employees about training options

  • Track and report on training outcomes

  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment

  • May require coordination with external training suppliers and event vendors

  • You will assist with the coordination of off-site training activities for employees

Qualification:

Required qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts

  • 1+ plus years’ experience with Microsoft office Suite

  • Minimum associates degree or technical certificate

Preferred qualifications:

  • Some college preferred

  • Experience with SAP & TEM

  • Experience with instruction or training
