We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented HR professional to continue to raise our high bar in manufacturing leadership. We have an excellent opportunity for an HR coordinator located at our Collierville, TN manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate maintenance of salaried and hourly employee personnel files, electronic data and other employee information in a confidential manner and in compliance with applicable policies, laws and records retention schedule

  • Assist with hourly recruitment efforts with a focus on facilitation of the interview process and on-boarding of new hires

  • Compile, analyze and report Human Resources metrics, respond to ad hoc data analysis requests and provide information in an accurate, timely fashion

  • Be an active participant in department and site continuous improvement initiatives

  • General office management including purchase order maintenance, paying invoices, administration related to company ghost card and similar administrative tasks

Qualification:

  • Ability to make suggestions and informed decisions quickly

  • Possess strong organizational, leadership and time management skills

  • Highly motivated and possesses superior follow-up and follow-through skills

  • Effective communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Must be willing to work required overtime

Education:

  • 0-2 years of work experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
