The Senior SAIS FP&A Analyst will manage financial planning and analysis processes for the Inertial, Control and Aircraft Management Systems (ICAMS) businesses. ICAMS is made up of sites in Cheshire, CT; Vergennes, VT; and Plymouth, UK. It is one of the four business segments that make up the Sensors and Integrated Systems (S and IS) business within UTC Aerospace Systems. The position will report to the Regional Controller of ICAMS and be located in Cheshire, CT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the ICAMS Regional Controller and each of the Site Controllers to prepare the monthly forecasts and annual plan for ICAMS.

  • Perform monthly assessment of EBIT assurance, support ICAMS management in execution of plans/initiatives to ensure that financial targets are met.

  • Coordinate with ICAMS functional managers (Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Development, Quality and Supply Chain) to ensure accurate forecasting and provide timely decision making data.

  • Help to lead cross-site Management Reporting and Forecasting teams.

  • Act as key liaison between ICAMS and SIS/UTAS FP and A.

  • Support ICAMS and SIS management with presentations and special projects.

  • Utilize ACE tools to drive process improvements and develop standard work.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or related discipline.

Education:

  • Bachelor of the Arts/Bachelor of Science degree with 2+ years experience required

  • Master of Art/Master of Science degree preferred
