The Strategy & Analytics team is seeking an outstanding analyst who is passionate about using data to gain critical business insight. Our team works across the enterprise to gather, manipulate, and analyze information in order to forecast trends and formulate winning strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for working with business intelligence tools and multiple, unstructured data sources in order to answer challenging, Executive-level questions. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who seizes the initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines. This person will be highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. Intellectual curiosity is a must – the ideal candidate will continually ask questions in order to drive deeper understanding of the analysis.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Research and data gathering using internal and external sources

  • Data mining, manipulation, and maintenance including large structured and unstructured data sets

  • Analyzing and data modeling using multiple tools including Excel, Access, SQL, or similar

  • Synthesize complex information – develop data-driven insights and conclusions

  • Data visualization and presentation for both day-to-day usage and executive-level meetings

  • Partner with business units to develop deep understanding of their business drivers and leading metrics to identify trends and correlations to their sales

  • Support cross-functional / cross-business unit teams on analytics-oriented tasks and strategic projects which may include sales forecasting, linear regression analysis, DCF modeling, product life-cycle analysis, and others

  • Respond urgently to high priority analytical questions from senior leadership

  • Eager to support the team in a variety of different capacities – from scheduling critical engagements to presenting results to executives.

  • Demonstrated success in data analytics / data science

  • Strong skills with business intelligence and data warehouse tools

  • Ability to present and discuss analyses and models to team members, business unit partners, and senior leadership

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Can seamlessly collaborate across multiple business units and functions

  • Experience building, maintaining and analyzing data in MS Excel, Access, SQL, or similar

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Technical or Business-related field

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy, consulting, marketing, finance and/or business development.

Preferred Education:

  • Master’s Degree preferred
