This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in implementing Total Rewards projects globally. The analyst will support the Total Rewards Project Manager in the planning, management and completion of implementation projects supporting the Total Rewards function.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of global salary planning in Workday - Coordinate with international HR contacts on the configuration needs and updating them on implementation progress. Provide recommendations on how to configure the tool to meet the company's needs. Create & maintain client facing materials as well as central Compensation materials needed to administer the salary planning process (training materials, standard work, etc)

  • Administer the salary planning process through the Workday tool. Create communication plan, Lead training sessions, Provide support to business HR through the salary planning process, Complete data audits during the process.

  • Identify and drive process improvements across the Total Rewards function

  • Management of assigned projects including robust analysis, benchmarking and thoughtful recommendations identification

  • Project Manage other projects within Total Rewards such as variable compensation, long term incentive plans, etc.

  • Other duties as assigned in support of global compensation strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Strong project management skills

  • Ability to balance timeliness and accuracy and adjust to new situations and changing priorities

  • Able to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; thoroughly analyze information and make timely, practical decisions and recommendations

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships

  • Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to apply analytical and critical/strategic thinking

  • Utilization of data analysis to provide relevant, appropriate recommendations

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with systems implementation

  • 5-7 years of Compensation/HR experience preferred
