Get onboard the UTC Aerospace Operations and Supply Chain team and play a part in managing our innovative products from inception to delivery. Operations and Supply Chain employees have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Technical Publication Team to include processes, scheduling, prioritization and Reporting

  • Develop and present performance metrics/improvement plans to OEM’s and UTAS leadership via face to face meetings or conference calls

  • Drive commonality of process across multiple business units

  • Build new processes and capabilities to align with the changing industry (i.e. S1000D introduction)

  • Act as a focal point between OEM, airline customer and internal workgroups to facilitate issue escalation and resolution

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 Years experience in aircraft industry

  • 5+ years of end-user(airline/operator) customer facing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace background highly preferred

  • Prior team leadership and process development highly desired

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of SAP desirable

  • Strong business writing and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to create concise messages via PowerPoint presentations

  • Comfortable with public speaking

  • Self-starter, able to work independently

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Detail oriented with strong project organization and time management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, is required.

  • Master's in Business, Engineering or related field is preferred.
