The Otis Americas HQ OTISLINE Department in Bloomfield, CT has an opening for a customer service representative. OTISLINE® is a unique, quality-driven, customer-focused environment. OTISLINE® employees work directly for Otis, and are experts in the elevator industry. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Commitment and teamwork are important to our customers, mechanics, local offices, and the OTISLINE® team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to understand customer needs

  • Aptitude to engage customer in conversation throughout the entire call, while navigating multiple tools

  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment

  • Work weekends, holidays, etc.

Qualification:

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, listening and written as well as attention to detail

  • Ability to follow standard processes and procedures

  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization

  • Attendance: less than 40 hours unplanned

  • Escapes: No sev 1, 2 or 3 escapes, or customer service skills related escapes

  • Warnings: no warnings for unprofessional behavior

  • CSS score: 9 or above for the last 6 months

Education:

  • High School Diploma
