Job Responsibilities:

  • Review HR-related processes for HRIS rollout to identify gaps and required changes. Develop and support report-out presentations, standard work, training, etc.

  • Provide in-depth support to business units in HRIS transactions, data validation, auditing and correcting.

  • Research and work in a team environment to resolve employee issues in many areas of Human Resources, by working directly with internal and external clients and vendors.

  • First point of contact between customer relationship manager (CRM) system and business unit Human Resource client managers.

  • Identify and drive process improvements across the function.

  • Analyze data issues and provide Relentless Root Cause Analysis in problem resolution.

  • Provide data-entry support to 25,000 employees.

Qualification:

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HRIS experience preferred

  • Prior experience with Workday preferred

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytic skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office

  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics

  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere

  • Candidate must be a US Person (US Citizen or Green Card)
