Review HR-related processes for HRIS rollout to identify gaps and required changes. Develop and support report-out presentations, standard work, training, etc.
Provide in-depth support to business units in HRIS transactions, data validation, auditing and correcting.
Research and work in a team environment to resolve employee issues in many areas of Human Resources, by working directly with internal and external clients and vendors.
First point of contact between customer relationship manager (CRM) system and business unit Human Resource client managers.
Identify and drive process improvements across the function.
Analyze data issues and provide Relentless Root Cause Analysis in problem resolution.
Provide data-entry support to 25,000 employees.
Qualification & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant HRIS experience preferred
Prior experience with Workday preferred
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytic skills
Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.
Strong computer skills in MS Office
Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics
Ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere
