Description:

This position is responsible for managing all production personnel and activities, including CNC Programming and OEM production. Ensure appropriate staffing levels, provide for employees’ general welfare, and provide the leadership required to maintain an effective team. Ensure quality and safety standards are met. Ensure turn time and delivery targets are met. This position is accountable for operational performance of all production cells.

Qualification:

  • 7+ years management experience

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience, preferably MRO

  • Prior experienced in prioritizing and managing multiple projects at the same time

  • Must communicate professionally and effectively

  • Ability to lead and motivate teams

  • Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills

  • Strategic planning and execution

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices

  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting

  • Strong problem solving skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.
