This position will be in the WHQ CCS Compensation & Benefits team located in Jupiter, Florida and reports to the Assoc. Director, Global Compensation & M&A. The successful candidate will support CCS global compensation programs (e.g., job leveling, salary planning), manage the HR components of acquisition activity and support the implementation of a global HR management system.

Specific responsibilities for this position include:
Manage key compensation processes such as job leveling and provide project management leadership on global compensation project, including the preparation and implementation related to the new Workday solution
Liaise with country HR managers and compensation contacts to provide COE support, manage processes and provide direct lines of communication in job leveling & compensation planning
Analyze data and trends related to job leveling, compensation analysis & market data across the division to drive appropriate business solutions
Project manager for all ongoing HR mergers and acquisitions deals globally, track & provide regular updates to senior HR leadership
Support HR activities from due diligence to integration on various topics including (but not limited to) benefits, compensation, payroll and other HR related topics
Provide COE support in building standard work products & processes for acquisitions & divestitures, support HR leads in miscellaneous M&A queries related to integration and due diligence activities
Compile and analyze ad-hoc analytical report related (but not limited to) salary planning, market data, headcount and employment cost data across the locations into a comprehensive plan that meets the business and talent needs
Drive continuous improvement efforts for compensation programs and processes
Other key HR projects and analysis as necessary
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience with compensation programs in a large, dispersed organization, CCP/SHRM certification a plus
Strong project management & verbal communication skills. Must be well-organized and adaptable to situational changes
Must demonstrate strong analysis/problem solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
Must work well under pressure and have the flexibility to deal with multiple changing priorities
Solid use of Excel required
