Serve as an F135 Data Management Analyst providing on-site Pratt and Whitney/Logistics Program Management support to all parties associated with the F135 Joint Strike Fighter Programfor all F135 Depot engine and module maintenance operations.
Provide support, status updates and assistance to F135 partners and customers with respect to day-to-day Engine Management issues pertaining to the health, accuracy and maturity of the F135 life tracked parts and BOM in Maintenix . Coordinate problem resolutions with JPO, field locations, Central Inventory, contractors and onsite support staff. Ensure depot level maintenance, configuration, propulsion data, TCTD and MVR compliance is performed both physically and within Maintenix (MXI) – “F135 system of record” during shop visits.
Manage maintenance records from induction to completion, ensuring all maintenance work packages, SAP and Maintenix all agree with one another before dispositioning assets “Ready for Installation”.
Specific responsibilities include:
Ensure F135 engine life usage and historical data is maintained and accurate in Maintenix (MXi – F135 system of record) for all engines, modules and piece parts
Outline maintenance plan (SOW or Workscope) as directed by Maintenance Management via a file order and supply to OC-ALC planning for funding
Provide Maintenix build of material for SAP configuration loads for each engine/module prior to induction
Initiate engines in interim lifing tool and run lifing tool at post-test. Produce Maintenix compatible output files and update propulsion data in Maintenix for asset tested
Review solumina work packages and SAP part change reports for accuracy prior to asset shipment to test cell and before returning asset serviceable
Manage F135 time compliance technical documents for depot inductions, which include accomplishment of TCTD actions and status reporting
Ship F135 modules to and from F135 HMC, through Central Inventory and then to field locations
Prepare and brief various audiences of F135 engine and module status in multiple formats and assist in resolving F135 engine related MXI and SAP issues
- 2-5 years' experience using Microsoft Office Suite is required (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, and some Access)
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills for providing professional communications to internal and external customers and partners
Experience with depot level maintenance processes, F135 program, SAP configuration and reporting methods, Maintenix (CEMS or G081) systems, test cell processes preferred
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Base Engine Management responsibilities experience in configuration management, life cycles, preservation, TCTD, TCTO or Service bulletins and planning and prioritizing workload to support maintenance activities
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Candidate should have a high level of organizations skills for prioritizing, scanning and filing maintenance documents Use of ACE or Six Sigma methodology in daily activities and prefer materials, quality, and/or continuous improvement experience
