The role oversees responsibility of material forecasting and inventory management for the Repair Station (MRO) and overall team achievement in achieving policy deployment objectives. Ensures teams' goals are aligned with and represent the company's objectives. Works proactively in addressing potential issues and applies real-time problem solving skills when working towards resolution. Manages material planners to meet TAT, OTD and internal and external customer requirements.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of inventory management
Strong computer skills; experience with spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience with performance management and coaching of direct reports
Experience with continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing concepts
