The Actuation Systems, Regional and Business Jet Program is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager. This role is expected to work effectively across functions to ensure program execution and customer commitments are being met. This position requires excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills.

  • Leads customer initiatives, issue resolution and platform execution

  • Builds external customer and internal customer relationships to strategically align and meet customer's needs

  • Drives initiatives to achieve Customer Scorecard metrics

  • Leverages customer and market relationships to create value, synergies and technologies to drive future growth and market opportunities

  • Keeps leadership team informed on key trends, segment risks and opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver communications regarding segment/project status to customers, management and others. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and facilitation of formal business development reviews

  • Serves as customer advocate within company

  • Conducts strategic planning and execution to grow the business organically and through M & A initiatives

  • Assumes commitment to program success and building solid business relationships with internal and external customers

  • Engages stakeholders to develop improvement plans and drive actions in support of customer satisfaction objectives

  • Manages the timely execution and administration of the company’s contractual commitments with its customer, ensures these requirements are reviewed and implemented internally in support of business unit objectives

  • Conducts analysis of information and data to lead Product Team in root cause and corrective action solutions

  • Identify risks and interface with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate resolution

  • Supports value engineering initiatives to achieve cost reduction goals

  • Focal point for communicating project progress status, delays and issues to stakeholders as necessary in timely manner

  • Ensure demand load aligns with current customer production rates, update demand as based on market changes or customer requirements.

  • Support Program Management and Business Development in new business pursuits and contract negotiations

  • Interface with key functional departments (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Configuration Management, and Engineering) to ensure needed stakeholder involvement is maintained

Education: Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years related experience.
