Position Purpose/Objective:

Responsible for the execution of multiple Interiors business units' site strategic supply chain groups.

Reviews and takes action against supplier scorecards for the Interiors business

Supports the tactical execution of the UTAS, UTAS Interiors strategic vision

Strategic integration of Global Procurement teams in LCC

Leads Compliance, Contracts, BPM, ACE, & GPT teams

Supports Supply Chain Director Leadership team

Leads all process activities within the supply chain.

Essential Responsibilities:

Directly responsible for all the of the tactical supply chain organizations within the Interiors-Business Unit. This includes tactical execution of procurement for each site; with a strong matrixed relationship with Planning, Supplier Quality, Operations, Receiving & Shipping.

Reviews and takes actions against measured performance in each of the responsible areas listed above

Reports measured performance of each responsible area to the appropriate people in the organization including but not limited to, other Interiors-Phoenix Site Management team members, Site Lead, Interiors Strategic Supply Chain organization and others as applicable

Qualification:

* Experience / Qualifications

Minimum 8 years’ experience in supply chain/procurement with leadership experience in increasing levels of responsibility.

Experience in related activities in aerospace may be an acceptable substitute (e.g. Operations Mgmt, Program Mgmt., etc.

Skills Required: Indicate the minimum skills necessary to effectively perform the essential functions and responsibilities of this position.

Ability to establish credibility with business counterparts.

Demonstrated success in developing tactical plans and carrying through to successful execution.

Experience with global activities, including sourcing and/or operations within different cultures and styles.

Experience managing or leading projects or programs.

Personnel leadership experience- hands-on experience of managing team of up to 15+ , depending on function.

Personnel leadership and organization management skills

Negotiating

Numeracy skills- financial analysis + business acumen - must be data driven

Ability to work effectively with a variety of cultures and people styles / personalities
