The engine program that powers the F-35 has an opening for a motivated, self-starting Hardware Customer Support Engineer. As part of Military Customer Support & Services, duties include support of Field Customers at over 14 Base and Depot Locations across three different military services and multiple international customers. The position entails responsibility for all field aspects of assigned hardware including resolving technical questions, investigating failures, and preparing technical data. The successful candidate will interface with a wide variety of disciplines including Pratt & Whitney internal engineering, Logistics Program management, an multiple levels of the customer organization.


Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with military engine operations

F135 program experience.

Must demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with program and customer personnel.

Highly motivated self-starter with proven ability to excel within a team environment.

Strong communications skills (both written and verbal).

Strong organizational skills.

Must have the ability to perform multiple projects of varied size and scope.
