RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for accounting support function which will be inclusive of all accounting, analysis and support.

  • Participate in and coordinate the month end closing process

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the entire general ledger and your assigned transaction workflows

  • Responsible for intercompany accounting

  • Preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Maintenance of accounting standard work documentation

  • Actively support ACA, internal and external audit

  • Great exposure to eSOX activity

  • Responsible for quarterly and annual UTC reporting

  • Work with senior accountant on HFM related closing activity

Qualification:

  • 2- 4 years’ experience in Finance

  • Demonstrated Knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and internal control procedures

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations effectively to Management in both written form and orally

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, ERP Applications, JD Edwards, HFM

  • Strong attention to detail and delivering a quality work product on time
