Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. has an opening for a Service Manager, Americas in its Davie, FL facility.


  • Develop & implement training courses for customer's onboard ship crew & office operative personnel using elements & interfaces of the company's proprietary HI-FOG systems, as well as ship service procedures, classification society requirements, & system commissioning

  • Prepare long term service scheduling for Cruise ships according to service contracts, negotiations with customer & service engineer availability

  • Perform onboard site surveys on ships to determine upgrade opportunities & to provide latest Company's proprietary HI-FOG system information to customer

  • Perform site audits to ensure high quality service product deliveries & EHS policies are followed

  • 30% travel required



  • Must possess at least 10 years of prior work experience in the Marine industry

  • Must also possess at least 5 years of work experience with the following:

  • High pressure water mist products & systems

  • Leading piping installation teams in the Marine environment

  • High & low pressure piping installation in the Marine environment

  • Servicing water mist systems and products over the lifespan of the system

  • Managing & leading water mist system extensive preventive maintenance services onboard a ship in operation or in dry-dock

  • Must also possess at least 3 years of work experience with ship building
