We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional who will focus on the creation of a business and sales model for revenue generation from new technologies at Otis. These technologies include mobile applications and data and analytics from our installed product base. Your responsibilities will also include packaging digital offerings, innovating how our branch offices sell digital services, creating a sales strategy for Internet of Things (IoT) connected elevators and working with our team of experts on how a new expanded Otisline (Customer Care Center) will transform the local office. You will also define the proper sales tools, channels, administrative tools and the “rules of engagement” between a branch and an expanded Otisline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work cross-functionally to understand and develop business priorities to drive service sales

  • Surface new business-driving ideas from competitor bench-marking

  • Identify key customer experience improvements and relate sales initiatives to our strategy

  • Create predictive model of expected Return on Investment across programs and communicate key conclusions to senior leadership

  • Provide strategic direction for sales systems, projects and programs

  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge

  • Manage multiple project timelines effectively according to scope

  • Track designated metrics for the program management team

  • Lead solution discussions cross-departmentally and identify solutions that are in the best interest of both customers and Otis

Qualification:

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7-10 years of sales experience

  • Be recognized as a top 5% sales professional

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Branch / field sales management experience a plus

  • Innovative and creative

  • Pragmatic / implementation orientation
